This policy outlines our shipping procedures, our warranty, and the terms of sale.
Shipping Information
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our workshop in Queensland, within 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Method & Timeframes

We partner with Australia Post to offer you reliable and tracked shipping for every order.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Post: Typically 2-8 business days.

Express Post: Typically 1-4 business days.

Please note, delivery to regional areas may take longer.
3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery’s progress on the Australia Post website.
Warranty & Returns Policy
Important: All Sales Are Final
Please choose your pedal carefully. Due to the custom-built nature of our electronic products and to protect the integrity of our circuits from component tampering, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are considered final once your order is placed.
1. Warranty for Defective or Damaged Goods
We take great pride in the durability of our products. All Tone Alchemy pedals come with a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers failures due to faulty components or workmanship under normal use.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, connecting an incorrect power supply, liquid damage, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.
Warranty Claim Process:

If you believe your pedal is faulty, please contact us immediately at support@tonealchemy.com.

Provide your original order number and a detailed description (and if possible, a photo or video) of the issue.

We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem. If a repair or replacement is deemed necessary under warranty, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and our return address. Return shipping costs to our workshop are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service like Australia Post’s standard parcel service, which costs approximately $10.95 and includes up to $100 of insurance cover.

Once the item is repaired or replaced, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them. We will contact you to arrange payment for the return postage before it is dispatched.
2. Digital Products (SFX Packs, Game Audio Assets)
Consistent with our policy for physical goods, all sales of downloadable digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue, such as a corrupt file or an inability to download your purchase, please contact us at support@tonealchemy.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a product under warranty is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced. In such cases, once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.
